# Making DroidAgent the Primary OnCall

Make DroidAgent the primary on-call for any team. It triages alerts, investigates issues, and escalates to you only when needed.

## Setup

Configure this from the on-call and agent configuration pages in the [DrDroid dashboard](https://aiops.drdroid.io).

## What the agent does as primary on-call

* **Calls you** if something urgent comes up
* **Sends daily reports** with every alert investigated, a list of root causes, and action items
* **Triages in real-time** — by the time you look at an issue, the agent has already identified impacted components, potential root causes, and data anomalies
* **Shareable context** — forward the agent's findings to teammates instead of copy-pasting logs
