Configure this from the on-call and agent configuration pages in the DrDroid dashboard.

What the agent does as primary on-call

  • Calls you if something urgent comes up
  • Sends daily reports with every alert investigated, a list of root causes, and action items
  • Triages in real-time — by the time you look at an issue, the agent has already identified impacted components, potential root causes, and data anomalies
  • Shareable context — forward the agent’s findings to teammates instead of copy-pasting logs
