Resources are documents, dashboards, runbooks, infra objects, and other knowledge that the agent can reference during investigations and chat.

Where resources show up

  • In AI chat: When you talk to the agent in the Chat or Issues views, it can attach relevant resources (dashboards, services, infra, runbooks, etc.) to its messages.
  • In investigations and actions: Investigation and remediation workflows use these resources to ground queries and actions in the right context.

How to manage resources

Most resources are created automatically from your existing data and context:
  • Services & Infrastructure: Created from Context → Services and Context → Catalog → Infrastructure in the dashboard.
  • Runbooks & Actions: Created and managed from Actions → Runbooks / Investigation / Remediation in the dashboard.
  • Knowledge Base docs: Synced from Confluence or uploaded from Context → Knowledge Base.
To view and explore everything the agent knows, go to Manage Memory:
  • Open Manage Memory to see all indexed resources (services, infra components, dashboards, runbooks, communications, etc.) that the agent can use.
  • Use this view to validate what’s in memory, clean up outdated items, and confirm that critical services and docs are present.
Once configured, these resources are automatically attached by the agent where helpful; you can also explicitly attach them from the UI when running investigations.
