Onboarding Process
Getting Started:
We love to use self-serve tools and are striving hard towards making Doctor Droid self-service.
But at the moment, it's a manual onboarding process to ensure that every signed up user gets value.
For every signup request, we give access to platform within 24 hours.
Onboarding timeline: 5-7 days
Step 0: Get InfoSec & Legal approvals
Using our platform means integrating data sources. In case you think it needs a review internally, that's the first step to begin with. You can get started with this link for your internal approvals.
Step 1: Integrations
Once cleared and good to go, your team will need to add the essential tool integrations for a service.
Step 2: Add your first SOP
After you get relevant integrations added, you create your first SOP -- it should be related to a troubleshooting situation (X not working or Y slow or some other issue relevant for your team).
Try to run the SOP, optimise it and go live. Leverage levers like tasks, Memory, Catalog & SOPs to further improve the effectiveness of the bot.
Step 3: Follow Fibonacci
Port your existing runbooks to our platform at a rate that mimics fibonacci series (starting from the 3rd element). Start with 1 for first week, 2 for the second, 3 for the third, 5 for the fourth week and so on..
The agent will passively keep improving by looking at the outputs in Slack alert replies and reactions / interactions with the agent, etc.
