Onboarding Process
Getting Started:
We love to use self-serve tools and are striving hard towards making Doctor Droid self-service.
But at the moment, it's a manual onboarding process to ensure that every signed up user gets value.
For every signup request, we give access to platform within 24 hours.
Onboarding timeline: 5-7 days
Step 0: Get access to sandbox asap.
Step 1: Integrations
Your team will need to add the essential tool integrations for a service.
Step 2: Onboarding Questionnaire
After the integrations are added, our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours with an onboarding questionnaire — related to how you currently debug different alerts, some basic SOPs, important dashboard links, etc.
Step 3: Day Zero Testing
Once the knowledge is shared, the agent then goes into training state where it run investigations for past 1 week alerts and asks for feedbacks from your team.
Step 4: Live Feedback Cycle
After the Day Zero feedback is completed, your team starts using Doctor Droid for real-time alerts. For the next 1 week, we continuously improve the agent and train it basis the feedback shared by your team on every investigation.
Step 5: Productionising
Once the initial testing is completed, your team can leverage the investigations for on-call troubleshooting and debugging.
The agent will passively keep improving by looking at the outputs in Slack alert replies and reactions / interactions with the agent, etc.
