- Components impacted in the incident
- Symptoms first identified for the incident
- Component that was faulty / root cause
- Teams that were involved in the incident
- Severity level of incident
Please note: We do believe in the blameless approach of incident management and the labeling or insights here are not designed to point fingers at any individual / team but focus on identifying areas for improvement.
