ZenDuty Triggers

Set up the Workflow for ZenDuty trigger type

1. In the trigger type drop-down select ZenDuty as the trigger type.
2. You will get a curl for a webhook. This is what needs to be put in the ZenDuty webhook configuration page for your service.

Here, click on outgoing integration and add an outgoing webhook

In the configuration page of the webhook of Zenduty, add the url given in the curl whenever you select zenduty in the workflow configuration page in Doctor Droid, along with the Authorization header with the value as Bearer

3. Enter the Service name of your ZenDuty service where the webhook is configured and the Incident Title for which you want to trigger this workflow.
4. Select your Playbook.
